What I Wore This Week: My Vintage Leather Jacket

So it was my 20th birthday (Ahh, scary!) the other week and my lovely family&Sam spoilt me rotten. Sam is such a sweetie and I love when he buys me clothes and jewellery, I never want to take them off. He really did treat me too much... Taking me for meals, to the theatre, shopping, buying me lots of presents - We even played golf. He bought me a leather jacket and a pair of All Stars, two things my wardrobe have been missing and I didn't even realise! I am a lucky girl!

Today's outfit features the leather jacket, one of the gorgeous dresses my parents got me for my birthday and the statement necklace in my previous post.

Parcel Madness

Why hello lovely people! I got home from work to a parcel today, I love getting parcels! It also makes the middle of the week even better. Inside it was this pretty package...

Isn't a lovely pretty package! Inside was a Chic Reward I redeemed of Chictopia a few weeks ago. How cool is it that you get rewarded for uploading photos of your outfits and complimenting other people on their outfits? This is my first reward and it's a statement bracelet from Mimi Boutique.

The colours mean it's really versatile and it will be a perfect finishing pieces for office work outfits. I actually popped it on when I got home and took some photos of my outfit today so you could see the bracelet in action.

My outfit today, I wanted to bring a fun twist to a normal office outfit. The fruity tee is a bit short so it really accentuates the high waist on the skirt. The yellow in my shirt and the colour of the skirt match which I like. The ankle boots I thought made the outfit a little 'country&western' style. Anyway, here are the photos...

Friday's Favourite: Hat & 100 Followers!

In the winter I love wearing a wool beret, they make any outfit so chic but in the summer I don't wear hats often. I do have this straw Panama hat which I love.. I got it for £1 of a local market, only been worn once and they RRP at around £50. Can I hear, bargain?!

What I Wore This Week: Oasap Kisses

This weekend I have been wearing these super cute earrings from Oasap, they're quirky little pink lips!

This week's 'What I Wore This Week' post is bringing you two outfits (to make up for the lack of posts last week!). I firstly went for an 80's inspired outfit, in wet look leggings and a metallic necklace I contrasted the pale pink earrings with a hot pink jumper.

What I Wore This Week: Pyjama Shorts

Whaaaat?! Hold up, I wore pyjama shorts? Yup, that's right. I bought this pair of shorts from H&M and they were too gorgeous not to share with the world! We all know how hot pyjama-styled shorts paired with a blazer is right now and I took it to the ultimate. (I think)

I wore this on Friday which was a day made up of a singing lesson, tad of shopping, a chest x ray&general errands... It was perfect for taking me from one occasion to a completely different one and also getting me through the torrential rain (with an umbrella) - I was warm and not soggy!

What I Wore This Week: My Comfy Cape

It was Midsummer the other day which is obviously the longest day of the year so I made the most of it by getting out my camera at 10pm and shooting some outfit photos. Even though the weather was glum so it did make the photos slightly dark but it was a 'Ha! It's 10pm and I can get take photos outside without flash still' rebel against the sun.

I love everything about this apart from the silly face I am pulling - oh well hehe

I also received an exciting package from Percy and Reed... Remember the review I did on their Totally TLC Hydrating hair mask? (You can read it here) They have sent me their gorgeous Hair Royal Highness travel pack to review and tell all you lovely folk about. I love travelling and I love Percy&Reed so I'm saving it for when I go away next in a couple of weeks but in the meantime check out their website and all their lovely products. What I Wore This Week: Vintage Levi's

I scored this gorgeous pair of vintage Levi cut-off's from a local vintage store. I was performing for the Olympic Torch arriving in Liverpool and needed something black to wear with a colourful tee so treated myself to these. Okay, I have to admit this week has also involved a trip to the beach and a zoo where the shorts may have come with me. (ALERT: ADDICTION) 
What an exciting week it has been. Singing for the Olympic Torch (even though I didn't get to see it myself) was so exciting and I love to be in performances. My lovely boyfriend was in the crowd too which makes it even better.
I haven't been to the zoo since I was 11 and we were going for my sister's 18th birthday so it was like being a kid again. Unfortunately, it rained most of our time there but we managed to see all the animals and I remembered to wear trusty tights with my shorts so I was kept from cold legs. The painted dogs were my favourite animals, they were all cuddled up together asleep. If you haven't been to the zoo in years, go learn about animals! I bet you haven't done that since school ;) I hadn't.
My last trip with my shorts, the beach... I had gone with tights and ended up taking them off - it was such a beautiful sunny day! It was lovely sitting back watching the boys shout rules at each other whilst they played rounders&cricket and catch some rays with the girls. I think it's so important to support local businesses doing the same as me, too. I love visiting my local vintage boutiques and online vintage stores to see what I can find. Knowing that I'm supporting someone else as they make a career for themselves makes shopping even more accomplishing!

MOTO Shorts

Topshop have a gorgeous range of clothes called MOTO which I love. Me and one of my sisters got some of the hotpant shorts from last years season, they're so great because they still look fabulous this year too. I think it's so important to make sure when I'm shopping I buy some pieces which will look fabulous and will last for years!

I love the vintage feel of the blue pair and this brassiere-styled bikini top really adds to that vintage fifties look. This was a perfect outfit for a day of sunbathing - Can you spot the pink patches of sunburn? Haha.

Wintery Spring

Yes, what a wintery day it was here today in England! I was driving my sister to work (What a lovely sister I am) and then went shopping. Unfortunately, the shopping was outside so it was back to the jumper wardrobe for me! What? Why am I complaining about wearing a jumper? I'm kidding of course, I was happy to fish out some wool.

This is actually a jumper I got my boyfriend.. I love it so much so I stole it for the day whilst he was at work. It's so big, comfy and warm - perfect for my day :)

Spring Fun, Steffys World & Bershka Shirts!

This blog should have been written a week ago but it is better late than never! I started a new job last week, got my car insured at last (after waiting a year and a half!) and finally got over jet lag (who knew it lasted that long?!). So I've been caught up in the excitement of it all and neglected my poor Satiable Fashion.

Well, when I got back from Mexico I found that I had won Steffys Worlds giveaway. It was a gorgeous shirt from Bershka. I had never heard of Bershka before but a look at the website and I know I will be shopping there from now on! (Thank you Steffy!)

This shirt is so on-trend in pastel pink and goes perfectly paired with my mint jeans. It's such a fabulous spring-time outfit. I love it! Even better my new Forever 21 lace jacket ties the outfit just perfectly.

I'll stop leaving it to your imagine what this outfit looks like and show you some photos. Featured in the photos is my beautiful, new, vintage bike which my bf bought and did up for me.

Honey, I'm Home

Words can't describe the amazing time I had away. Mexico is such a beautiful country and the feeling of building a house for a family who doesn't have one is indescribable. Then, shopping and a beach day in San Diego was so rewarding.

I lived most of the time in chino's, tee's and a big summer hat whilst building so I didn't get many nice photo shots. I did get a couple from my two days in San Diego, though. Whilst I was there I went into Forever 21 for the first time and fell in love.. I wish I had one near me! I got a beautiful lace cardigan which I wore the next day. 

So here is what I wore during the day for walking around La Jolla and sunbathing around the pool.

I transformed the outfit from day to night by simply switching my shorts to my maxi skirt. Perfect for a chilly trip to the beach! ...

Out of Action

Well, the day has come and I am off to Mexico for 10 days. I'm so excited! I'm going with a big group and we're going to be building houses for families who don't have them. Oh and, spending a couple of beach days in San Diego at the end of it.

I'm sad to be out of action from blogging though, I was getting into this! I'm going to leave you with a few pictures from my latest fashion post on Chictopia first, though.

Good morning all. Yesterday's weather was too good for words, I loved it. Even better was my last team meeting for a Mexico trip I am going on in 4 days, so excited.

I spent the day doing something rather exciting today, which I'm keeping off the internet for a couple of weeks, even though I want to tell everyone. Anyway, today I decided to dress a bit more casually than I have been dressing for it but still with a twist of formal.

I was out for a morning of shopping, coffee shops and osteopath appointments (!) with my mum. It was a lovely warm day so I thought I would make the most of my new denim jacket and leave my coat in the closet, which I haven't done in a while!

Afterwards, I did a shoot by myself for the first time. It was just me, my camera and... a car roof...
